SHIPPING
How do I track my order?
 

Once your order is placed and received you will get an email confirmation. When your items ship an updated email confirmation will be sent with the courier and tracking information. 

 

How long will it take to ship my order?
 
Please allow 48hrs for order fulfillment and shipping information. 
How do I return an item?
 

Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.  


Returns are thoroughly inspected and refund payments will be issued within 14 business days of receipt of item.

How do I care for my items?
 

As with any leather, items be mindful of extreme temperatures hot or cold. Store at room temperature and out of direct sunlight.  


For cleaning consult with a leather expert before applying products. 

When trying on your new items please be sure to stand on a carpet or a rug to prevent any scratches to the sole or signs of wear. 

 

Do you provide International delivery?
 

Samantha Mychelle ships internationally.

 

What is your return policy?
 

All sale items are final sale.

Unworn items may be returned within 14 days of receipt of item for full refund.
